- members of honor, those that have or will have helped the association by their
knowledge and their wisdom
- right members, mainly composed of the founders
- adherent members those that are registered and pay their contribution.
Art. 2: Contribution
The members of honor do not pay a contribution, except if they decide differently on their own wish.
The adherent members must pay an annual contribution. The amount of this one is fixed each year by the general meeting.
For year 2006-2007, the amount of the contribution is fixed at 20 euros.
The payment of the contribution must be established by cheque, transfer with the order of association or by payment on line via the site.
Any contribution payed to the association is definitively acquired. No reimbursement can be required in the event of resignation, exclusion or death of a member in the current year.
Art. 3: Admission of new members
The association can at any moment welcome new members. They will have to enforce the procedure of following admission: handing-over of a written request to the president or simple registration on Internet.
Art. 4: Exclusion
According to the procedure defined by the statutes only the cases of No-respect of rules established, attitude carrying damage with association, intentional faults or refusal of the payment of the annual contribution can start a procedure of exclusion.
This one must be pronounced by the board of directors only after seeing heard the explanations of the member against whom a procedure of exclusion is committed. The person against whom a procedure of exclusion is committed can be made assist by a member of the association of her/his choice.
If the exclusion is pronounced, a procedure of appeal is authorized with the general meeting by recorded letter in 15 days time limit starting from the date of reception of the letter notifying the exclusion.
Art 5: Resignation.
The outgoing member will have to address under recorded letter with AR her/his decision to the president.
The outgoing member cannot claim a return of contribution.
Title II: Operation of the association.
Art. 6 : the board of directors
It is composed of at least 5 members.
Its mode of operation is following :
a meeting every 6 months with minimum of quorum of two thirds of the members and the voice of the president is dominant.
Art. 7: The committee.
It is composed of 3 members :
- a president
- a treasurer
- a secretary
Its mode of operation is following :
a meeting once every month. The quorum of two thirds of the members is necessary. The voice of the president is dominant.
Art. 8 : ordinary general Assembly.
In accordance with the statutes of the association, the ordinary general assembly meets once every year, on convocation of the committee or at the third of the members' request.
Only the members who payed their contribution at the date of the convocation of the general assembly and registered since more than 6 months have been authorized to take part. They are convened by simple mail. The vote of resolution is off by secret bulletin deposited in the ballot box held by the secretary of meeting;
Art 9 : Extraordinary general Assembly.
In accordance with the statutes of the association, an extraordinary general meeting can be convened either in the event of essential modification of the statutes, or for a difficult financial situation, and this, with the written request for at least a third of the members.
The whole of the members of the association will be convened by simple letter in15 days time limit minimum .
The vote proceeds according to the following methods : secret bulletin in the majority of two thirds of the members present or represented.
The votes by proxy or by correspondence are authorized.
Title III : Various disposal
Art 10: Modification of the internal regulations
The internal regulations of the association are established by the board of directors in accordance with the statutes.
It can be modified by the general meeting on a proposal from the council, according to the following procedure : the president convenes the assembly by simple letter for a modification meeting.
The new internal regulations will be addressed to each member of the association by simple letter under in 15 days time limit following the date of the modification
