Its registered office
Its registered office is located at : 37, rue d'amsterdam 75008 Paris. It could be transfered on simple decision from board of directors.
Duration of association
Its duration is unlimited.
The association is composed:
- Members of honor who will help association by their knowledge and their
wisdom. They are exonerated from contribution.
- Founder members who will have helped association (starting investment aid,
room disposal, etc....) and who pay an annual contribution fixed by the general
meeting every year.
- Active members, those who undertook to pay annually a sum of 20 euros

The means of association is composed :

State grants, department and towns
Manual gifts
Sums perceived in against part of the services provided by associations
all other means authorized by the legislative and lawful texts.
The board of directors
The association is directed by a board of directors elected for one year, by the general meeting. The members are re-eligible. The board of directors chooses among its members with the secret ballot, an office composed of :
A president
A treasurer
A secretary
The board of directors being renewed each year, the first year the outgoing members are designated by the fate.
In the event of vacancy, the board of directors provides temporarily for the replacement of his members. Is carried out to their final replacement by the next general meeting. The powers of the members elected stop at the time where the mandate of the replaced members should normally expire.
Board meeting. The board of directors meets every quarter, on convocation of the President. The decisions are made in the majority of the voices; in the event of division, the voice of the president is dominating.
Any member of the committee who without excuse will not have attended three consecutive meetings could be regarded as resigner. No one cannot belong to the Council if it is not major. The minutes of meeting are signed by the president after the session.
Attribution of the board of directors
The board of directors establishes the agenda of the general meetings and ensures, with the office of which it supervises management, the decisions of these assemblies. It authorizes all acquisitions, alienations, as well as the contracts to intervene if necessary between the association and organisations or public organisms which bring a financial assistance to him. He draws up the budget of association and he fixes the amount of the contributions.
The functions of the council are practised gratuitously, only the justified expenses will be refunded.
The committee
The committee ensures the correct operation of association under the control of the council of which it organizes the meetings.
The president represents association in all the acts of the civil life and it concludes all the agreements subject to the authorizations which it must obtain from the board of directors in the cases envisaged with the present statutes. It has quality to represent any complaint with the tax office and to open any bank account or postal.
It acts as justice in the name of association, so much demand as well as defense (with authorization of the council when there is not urgency)
The treasurer is charged to hold or make hold, under his control, the accountancy of association, he perceives any receipt, he carries out any payment, subject to the authorization of the President, in the case possibly envisaged by the council.
Towards the banking or postal organizations, the president, the treasurer or any other person designated by the president with the agreement of the Council, have to be able each one separately to sign all the means of payment (cheques, transfer...)
General meetings
The ordinary or extraordinary general meeting includes all the members of association, subject that they payed their contribution of the current year. The members can be made represent by their husband or their wife or another member. During an ordinary general meeting, that is held annually, the President submits to the assembly an activity report as well as the moral situation of association and the treasurer gives an account of his management, subjects the assessment to the approval of the assembly.
It is proceeded after exhaustion of the agenda, in replacement, the secret ballot of the members of the outgoing council.
At the time of the general meeting only the questions subjected on the agenda will have to be treated.
During an extraordinary meeting, that is held at president's request or half plus one of the registered members, are deliberated on the modifications to be made to the statutes or the dissolution of association, fifteen days at least before the date fixed by the committee, the members of association are convened by the secretary. The agenda is indicated on the summons. The assembly is chaired by the president. The decisions are made in the majority of the votes by the members present or represented.
Internal regulations
Internal regulations can be established by the council that makes it approve by the general meeting. The Internal regulations are fixed by the various points not envisaged by the statutes, in particular those that related to the internal administration of the association.
Dissolution. In the event of dissolution by two thirds at least of the members present at the general meeting, one or more liquidators are nominated by this one except if it is necessary is allotted, in accordance with article 9 of the law of the 1 er July 1901 and with the decree of August 16, 1901
